My name is Rae and I am a mother of three, all of whom were born in Israel with a special birth story of their own.
I am a Canadian-trained Registered Nurse (specialized in Labour & Delivery), with two Bachelor degrees (BSc, B.A.) and a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH).
I am also certified & experienced in supporting women through: fertility assistance, family planning, doula training, high risk pregnancies, as well as newborn care, safety and breastfeeding.
I have been offering customized, quality birth preparation courses for over 10 years, both in English and in Hebrew. I feel honored to share my expertise to women and families in Israel and to be a part of this very special time.
How I perceive the pregnancy
and birth process:
I see pregnancy, birth, and the growth of a family as one of the most beautiful experiences in life. At every single birth, whether it is natural or assisted, that first moment of meeting your baby never ceases to amaze me.
My courses teach you about the art and science of labour and delivery, as well as empower you to be adaptable to a process that we can't always predict. My goal is to prepare you to make informed decisions about your birth experience, as well as to guide you through all the questions and answers that arise during your pregnancy and after your baby’s arrival.
